Here at DriverMods, we are committed to providing high-quality car interior modification products that fit your vehicle perfectly. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not fit as expected. To ensure a smooth and fair process for returns and exchanges, please review our Refunds & Returns policy below.

Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

We offer a full refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • If the screen and/or frame/facia kit does not fit properly, you are entitled to a full refund, but you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.
  • You may also choose an exchange for a different frame and/or screen that properly fits your car.
  • This policy applies to all custom fitting products, including:
    • Floor mats
    • Boot/trunk mats
    • Steering wheel covers
  • However, products with specified size options (such as car covers that are sold in different sizes) do not qualify for refunds or exchanges based on fit. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they select the correct size before purchasing.

Refund Requirements

To be eligible for a full refund, customers must follow these steps at the time of purchase:

  • Upload a clear photo of your car’s interior, dashboard, or the relevant part of the vehicle for which you are purchasing the product.
  • Add a note in the order details specifying your exact car model, year, and any other relevant details that could affect fitment.

If these steps are not completed, a full refund will not be granted. Instead, you may still be eligible for an exchange, subject to additional terms outlined below.

Exchange Requirements

If you do not meet the full refund requirements, you may still qualify for an exchange. However, please note the following conditions:

  • Shipping costs for exchanges must be covered by the customer. This includes returning the original item and shipping the replacement item.
  • Exchanges will only be granted if the product is in unused and undamaged condition, with all original packaging and components included.
  • If the replacement product has a higher price than the original purchase, the customer must pay the price difference before the exchange is processed.
  • If the replacement product has a lower price, no refunds or partial reimbursements will be issued for the difference.
  • Exchanges will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected to ensure it meets the required conditions.

If an exchange is not feasible due to stock availability or other reasons, our support team will discuss alternative solutions with you.

Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 1-year warranty on all purchases. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and normal use but does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, excessive wear and tear, or exposure to extreme conditions beyond normal driving scenarios.

What’s Covered?

  • Malfunctions or defects that occur under normal use conditions.
  • Issues related to material quality or workmanship.
  • Replacement of defective parts, subject to availability.

What’s Not Covered?

  • Damage caused by improper installation.
  • Normal wear and tear over time.
  • Accidental damage, abuse, or modifications to the product.
  • Exposure to extreme environmental conditions that exceed normal vehicle use.

To make a warranty claim, please contact our support team with your order details and a description of the issue. You may be required to provide photographic evidence to verify the defect before we proceed with a replacement or repair.
